Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved:

  • You'll receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package

  • Return shipping responsibility:

    • Our error (wrong item, damaged, defective): We provide a prepaid return shipping label

    • Customer preference (sizing, change of mind, not as expected): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Follow all provided instructions for fastest processing


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away at info@silentfoxdg.com if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item doesn't match the description

We will evaluate the issue promptly and work to make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Print-on-Demand (POD) products - Custom printed items made specifically for your order

  • Personalized or custom products - Special orders or customized items

  • Personal care items - Beauty products, skincare, hygiene items

  • Perishable goods - Food, flowers, plants, or time-sensitive items

  • Hazardous materials - Flammable liquids, gases, or dangerous goods

  • Sale items - Clearance or discounted products

  • Gift cards - Digital or physical gift certificates

Supplier-Restricted Items: Some products are subject to supplier return restrictions and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to manufacturer policies beyond our control. Items with return restrictions will be clearly marked with "Supplier restriction - Returns are prohibited for this product" on the product page, allowing customers to make an informed decision before purchase.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

For the fastest service to get your desired item:

  2. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item

  3. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible

Supplier Restrictions
